SUNY trustees' budget still falls short
The SUNY Board of Trustees Tuesday approved a final budget allocation for the campuses for the current fiscal year that provides UB with $5.3 million over its base operating budget for 1998-99, but still falls millions short of meeting the university's collective-bargaining costs.
