Two UB scholars have been named to the 2018 Highly Cited Researchers list, a publication of Clarivate Analytics.

The Health Insurance Option Transfer Period for state employees, during which workers can change their health insurance carrier, voluntarily cancel coverage, change from family to individual coverage or enroll in the opt-out program, if eligible, runs through Jan. 18.
