In June, the College of Arts and Sciences organized a summer undergraduate research picnic for students and faculty advisors. An informal event, the picnic brought together all the CAS researchers who might not otherwise have a chance to mingle. There was pizza, lawn games, kayaking and, of course, a lot of networking.
