Early July is usually pretty quiet at UB, but not so on the morning of July 1. University Communications photographer Douglas Levere stumbled upon a squabble between two red-tailed hawks while photographing around the North Campus. This hawk was screeching at another in a pine tree between Flint Loop and Park Hall. The dispute ended peacefully when one bird flew away.
