Earlier this week, UB launched Lead the Charge, the university’s annual faculty and staff giving initiative.

Every day, faculty and staff see the potential of UB students to impact the future through discoveries that improve lives, ideas that become innovations and opportunities that transform communities.

And, faculty and staff don't just witness these possibilities; they help make them happen.

Last year, faculty and staff gifts helped:

  • More than 7,000 students receive scholarships.
  • Ensure 98% of emergency grant recipients stayed on track to graduate.
  • Create transformational opportunities through research, experiential learning and community engagement.

Hear from Jessica Driscoll, Innovation Sprints Coordinator in UB’s Startup and Innovation Collaboratory, about how small investments can lead to extraordinary outcomes for UB students and our community.

There are many ways to invest in what's possible. Whether your passion is student success, groundbreaking research, innovation or community impact, every gift helps create opportunities and transform potential into impact.
