UB employees who have a family member entering college within the next few years are invited to attend a special session on the college admissions process during UB 360°, UB’s fall open house on Oct. 20.

The session, hosted by Lee H. Melvin, vice provost for enrollment management, will take place at 11:30 a.m. in the Buffalo Room, 10 Capen Hall, North Campus. The informal session — exclusive to UB employees — will provide a behind-the-scenes look at navigating the college admissions process.

Melvin also asks that employees show their UB pride on Oct. 19 by wearing blue and white that day. He says more than 5,000 prospective students and guests are expected to attend the open house.

“Campus visits, like this one, are extremely influential in a student’s college search process, so please help us showcase our UB pride by wearing blue and white,” he says.
