3D Prosthetic Hand Summer Experience

A STEAM-tech camp for teens, Powered by AT&T.

Hand in Hand students will work in teams to design and fabricate three prosthetic hands using 3-D printers and other tech tools. These will be donated to three kids in need in WNY and abroad.

Hand in Hand is limited to 15 high school students (who will train as Project Leaders) and 30 student team members in grades 7-12. All students will acquire basic knowledge of anatomy, technology, engineering design, and fabrication. This program will run from June 26th to July 14th.

Registration is required, $30 per student. Scholarships are available. Students can register here. Students will be notified by May 30th.

WNY STEM is also looking for any interested faculty graduate or undergrad students who want to assist the lead teaching team. There are a limited number of paid positions and volunteers will also be gratefully accepted.
