College Sports Act’s Senate success draws antitrust criticism

Bloomberg Law interviewed Helen "Nellie" Drew for a story on the Senate’s passage of the Protect College Sports Act. "It’s far from a 'cure all' legislative solution," said Drew.  The bill gives the NCAA an “undeserved pass” from antitrust laws, according to Drew. “It leaves untouched many of the most significant issues,” including whether athletes are actually employees of their institutions, Drew said. “I’m not a fan.”
