Prevention featured the expertise of Anthony Martinez in a report on a new study which found that drinking coffee was associated with a lower risk of being diagnosed with a slew of liver issues. Good gut health “indirectly benefits the liver by reducing gut-derived endotoxin load—a contributor to liver inflammation,” he said.
