Trainer explains the right way to use weighted vests to boost your workout

Men’s Journal quotes Luke Pryor and Christopher Perry in an article about how to properly use weighted vests during workouts. Pryor explained, “walking with weighted vests for the purpose of increasing energy expenditure is effective and a prudent option to include in a weight management program or to add variety to an existing exercise regimen.”
