USA Today quotes Jennifer Temple in an article about the health benefits of quitting soda. If you love soda for the taste, Temple suggests making “spa water” flavored with lemon, cucumber, ginger, mint, basil or other fresh ingredients. Temple adds that eliminating just one soda per day can make a major health impact: “View it more like a treat than a daily habit.”
