Senator Schumer cuts the ribbon on the new AI research institute at UB

WGRZ-TV and several other local media outlets reported that U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer, UB President Satish Tripathi and National Science Foundation Director Sethuraman Panchanathan hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the grand opening of the NSF-funded National AI Institute for Exceptional Education earlier today on UB’s North Campus. As part of the day’s events, UB hosted a conversation with Panchanathan and Vice President Venu Govindaraju as part of the university’s UB | AI Chat Series.
