Susan Baker and Robert Baker, both UB professors of pediatrics, are quoted in an article on Live Science about pre-packaged toddler foods that contain as much salt at junk food and often added sugar as well. "This study shows that toddlers are exposed to foods that have an unnecessarily high content of salt and sugar," they said. "This could lead them to develop a desire for these tastes for the rest of their lives." Articles also appeared in Yahoo News, Yahoo News Canada, Daily Rx, Science World Report and CBC News.
