Program Description

The Undergraduate STEM Professional Readiness micro-credential provides career and professional development to UB undergraduate students from STEM fields, and students from across the country as part of the Collaborative Learning and Integrated Mentoring in the Biosciences (CLIMB) undergraduate program. The CLIMB program offers research opportunities, mentoring, and professional development workshops to help its scholars develop into well-rounded professionals who will be leaders in their chosen fields.
