TCIE focuses on improving the enterprise performance of organizations by developing excellence in people, processes and technology. The TCIE team helps resolve a wide spectrum of business challenges through customized solutions. Using OpEx/continuous improvement consultation, TCIE works with businesses to help develop efficient processes combined with a supportive company culture. To solve technical challenges, TCIE serves as a gateway to accessing high-quality engineering research and development ventures—connecting clients with world-class faculty experts and student talent from any of UB’s nine engineering departments.
