Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) work closely with the UB Business and Entrepreneurship Partnerships Startup Ventures Team to help us identify promising startups, so we can accelerate their growth.

About Entrepreneur-In-Residence

Entrepreneurs-In-Residence (EIRs) guide early stage companies through specific projects and issues, such as staffing for growth, budget management, resource planning, managing strategic partnerships, and board management.

Participation and Eligibility

The Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program gives eligible startups the opportunity to work with seasoned entrepreneurs and experienced industry executives to accelerate their journey toward commercialization.

All Innovation Hub eligible companies can inquire about gaining access to an EIR. Innovation Hub eigibility criteria are outlined here.

If you are interested in becoming an EIR we are looking for people with a demonstrated history of success in entrepreneurial start-ups and the commercialization of technology. We have an interest in the areas of life sciences, physical sciences, and computer science/software.
