A program of the WNY Incubator Network (WIN), Pitch Prep is an in-person and online continuum of programming to help incubator companies learn how to successfully pitch their startup to potential investors.

About Western New York Incubator Network (WIN) Pitch Prep

A series of classroom, panel, and online learning opportunities help incubator companies hone and practice their pitch as they approach outside investors. WIN convenes local business leaders to provide entrepreneurs with several rounds of coaching on their business pitches. The multi-session course includes topics such as the motivations and preferences of different investor types, how to develop a successful pitch, and coaching on term sheets and valuation. Drawing upon WIN's network of experienced investors, the program also provides opportunities to present to and be critiqued by a friendly panel of investors. In the past, the program was held in the weeks prior to the 43North finals, as dozens of local companies prepared their pitches for the competition.

Participation and Eligibility

Pitch Prep is available to companies that are in one of ten incubators that are part of WIN.
