Bullseye powered by Handshake is a comprehensive online career portal. Students can use Bullseye powered by Handshake to search for a job or internship, explore career paths, create a profile to connect with hiring employers, and connect with UB Career Services. The tool offers an app that enables job seeks to track their favorite job opportunities and application deadlines. The portal contains job postings from across the region, state and nation and in all industries. 

Employers can use Bullseye powered by Handshake to post jobs and internships, manage applicants, identify the best applicants, message students and view how-to videos that help employers find and hire the right talent for their company. 

Eligible companies must be for-profit companies in the life sciences, advanced manufacturing and/or materials informatics sector. 

Eligible students are full-time graduate or undergraduate students. Students and alumni already have a live student/alumni account in Bullseye powered by Handshake.
