The Key Persons Leadership Development Program is a fee-based certification program for coaching key persons and developing the next generation of leaders.

About Key Persons Leadership Development Program

This seven-week course offers more than twenty classroom hours designed to help build the leadership skills of management teams. The program is offered by UB's Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and covers topics such as leadership, ethics, coaching, financial acumen, strategic planning, team building, self-development, development of others, project management, delegating, powerful communication skills, effective listening skills and other skills needed to expand the knowledge of a leader.

Participation and Eligibility

This program is for individuals within a business or organization who want to improve their leadership skills and grow their business acumen. Registration is required. Fees are $1,895 for the first participant, and $1,500 for each additional participant from the same company. For businesses currently enrolled in the Core Program or the Mastery Forum, the fee is $1,500 per participant.
