NEW Payment Process
Pursuant to Executive Order 14247, USCIS will no longer accept paper checks or money order payments and will instead require electronic payments (credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions) of filing fees for petitions and applications filed on or after October 28, 2025.
This Fee Schedule is subject to change by the United States Government. Please refer to form G-1055 for the most up-to-date fee rates.
