Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be able to demonstrate Tribal affiliation through a Tribal Eligibility Certificate (TEC). Each award has specific Tribal eligibility requirements.
  • Be a degree-seeking student attending an accredited institution full-time in the U.S.
  • Be able to demonstrate financial need through submission of the Financial Need Form (FNF).
  • Be eligible to receive federal financial aid.
