Hayes Hall.

Support initiatives and programs throughout the School of Dental Medicine through this fund.

The UB School of Dental Medicine plays a critical role in advancing oral health in Buffalo-Niagara and around the world through its academic programs, research and community outreach. The UB Fund for the provides general support for the school.

Established in 1892, the School of Dental Medicine continues to educate general practitioners, specialists and biomedical scientists in the art and science of oral health through our comprehensive accredited programs.

Here, we help solve some of the most complex problems in oral health — from improving dental materials to developing new approaches to treat periodontal disease. As one of the leading dental schools in the United States with respect to grant and contract awards for research, we are recognized both nationally and internationally for our life-changing dental research.

In addition, our community outreach efforts help improve the quality of life for thousands of people each year, alleviate human suffering around the globe, and provide lifelong lessons and meaningful experiences for our dental school students, faculty and staff.
