The UB CTSI Open Research Office session on Wednesday, September 30, will outline dissemination and implementation science and explore resources available to investigators.

CTSI Dissemination and Implementation Science Core Co-directors Ranjit Singh, MBBChir, MBA, Associate Professor, Vice Chair for Research, and Director, Primary Care Research Institute, Department of Family Medicine, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, and Bonnie Vest, PhD, Research Associate Professor, Department of Family Medicine, Jacobs School, will share the importance of ensuring that research findings make their way to the care of patients and answer several questions, including:

* What is dissemination and implementation science?
* Why do we need dissemination and implementation science?
* What are some basic concepts in dissemination and implementation science?
* What resources are available at UB to support dissemination and implementation science?

The Open Research Office features topics and guest speakers relevant to biomedical scientists and research coordinators. Sessions include opportunities for Q&A and open discussion. Bring questions, concerns, and ideas! Zoom link will be emailed to registrants.
