It’s no secret that work (and life) isn’t getting easier. The work we do is getting more complex and uncertain. Additionally, there is increasing pressure to get results under these challenging conditions. Leaders across the globe have been learning how to not only get current results, but to also grow and develop workers to become more equipped to handle larger, more complex and ambiguous situations. The result is a workforce that is increasingly capable of managing the increasing challenges. Coaching is a way of thinking that enables this cross-section of results and growth. This workshop will explain how to make this change in our leadership approach.
Participants can earn a certificate of completion and 1 CME credit (if applicable) upon attending the workshop.
