Navigating conflict and/or disagreement on a research team can be difficult. This interactive workshop will review the steps for team development and provide tools and strategies research teams can use to resolve conflict.
In this workshop, attendees will learn conflict transformation skills that will translate into more productive research teams.
This workshop series is free and open to all students, fellows, faculty and staff at UB and the Buffalo Translational Consortium.
