Developing a statistical analysis plan is a critical component of designing and conducting research studies which influences collection, analysis and interpretation of data. This workshop will discuss how to structure and describe a statistical analysis plan for grant applications and has the following learning objectives:
1. Understand basic concepts about randomness and variability in data
2. Assess data with probability models and use statistics to summarize the data
3. Understand how to make conclusions from probability models
4. Interpret probability model conclusions into data knowledge

This workshop series is free and open to all students, fellows, faculty and staff at UB, the Buffalo Translational Consortium and SUNY.
