Data Monitoring Committees play an important role in many clinical trials and require careful management. This workshop will cover when a Data Monitoring Committee is needed and relevant operational aspects of the Committee.
The objectives of this workshop are:
1. Understand the need for and purpose of a Data Monitoring Committee
2. Obtain an overview of the operational aspects of a Data Monitoring Committee
This workshop series is free and open to all students, fellows, faculty and staff at UB and the Buffalo Translational Consortium.
