Imaging Seminar Announcement

Dear Faculty, Students, and Research Colleagues,

The Center for Biomedical Imaging (CBI) is pleased to announce an upcoming MRI Imaging Seminar, planned for late May or early June (exact date and location to be determined).

Please take the time to fill out this form to let us know what days work best for you to attend and what you would like to get out of attending this seminar.

This seminar will bring together faculty, trainees, and students from across disciplines to highlight innovative, MRI imaging-based research happening across our community.

The seminar will be a half-day program in which we plan on having oral presentations followed by a moderated discussion. Posters can be utilized for presentations as well. The goal is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue, share emerging imaging methodologies, and encourage new collaborations.

CBI is now accepting presentation proposals from faculty, postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduate researchers who wish to present their MRI imaging-focused research. Projects may range from early project proposals (students), to preliminary results, to recently completed work. We welcome submissions from both clinical applications and methodological work. We encourage anyone working with MRI imaging technologies or methodologies to consider submitting a proposal and to attend this engaging research forum.

The MRI Imaging Seminar will be guided by the CBI Steering Committee:

  • Dr. Robert Zivadinov
  • Dr. Ferdinand Schweser
  • Dr. Nandor Pinter

All proposals/abstracts for the seminar to be submitted via e-mail to jacoboli@buffalo.edu. Additional details regarding proposal submission guidelines, deadlines, and event logistics will be shared soon.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to everyone’s participation in this occasion.

Best regards,

University at Buffalo Center for Biomedical Imaging
