Mentor-Protégé Mentoring Workshop Series

The goal of the Mentor-Protégé Mentoring Workshop Series is to enhance mentoring skills, for both mentors and protégés. This series is designed specifically for scientists engaged in clinical and translational research or other related medical fields to provide mentors and protégés with the skills required to reach increased levels of career development and satisfaction.

This series of five workshops will be delivered via Zoom. An online platform will also be used to share resources and experiences.

The workshop is designed for mentors and protégés, who may participate as a pair or individually. It is open to junior scientists or senior scholars/fellows and their mentors. A CTSI Mentoring Certificate will be issued to participants who attend all workshops. The deadline to apply for this workshop series is September 11.
