FMonet

The FMONET and Challenge project is developing a next generation of Face Morphing capabilities that will focus on creating higher quality morphs that also thwart existing detection techniques. The project is creating data using a variety of generative techniques and exploring extending morphing to involve more than two individuals. The dataset is being released and a challenge is being organized for detecting image morphs. Additional data will be generated that varies the morph quality that can be used to test existing face verification systems.

Key tasks in the project include:

• Evaluating requirements with key stakeholders
• Integrating Generation, Image Quality and Face Similarity to generate a diverse dataset for Morphing
• Developing evaluation protocols
• Hosting a detection competition for synthetic Image Generation and Morphing
