The Daily Health Check is an important part of UB’s Health and Safety Guidelines to protect the campus community from COVID-19. It clears users without COVID-19 symptoms or exposure for on-campus activity. Save your access pass presented at the end of the chat to be prepared to demonstrate to 1Capen staff.
Due to physical distancing guidelines set forth by the governor’s office, 1Capen occupancy is limited to 50 guests. In order to ensure proper disbursement of support across all departments available in 1Capen, we have moved to an online reservation system.
You may make an appointment online during peak periods, as identified on the 1Capen website.
The following services are currently available: financial aid, student accounts, transcripts/registrar, student health insurance, parking and transportation and UB Card.
If, after working with the financial aid support staff, you believe you need to speak to a financial aid advisor, the staff member will initiate contact and an advisor will contact you via email with an open Zoom consultation room invitation.

Visit the Parking and Transportation website to register for your parking permit. Your permit will be mailed to the address on file. Please remember to update your address before submitting payment.
Visit the UB Card website to submit your card photo or learn how to access your mobile ID.
