To protect their own health and that of their classmates, colleagues, friends and families, members of the UB community must commit themselves to wearing a face covering at all times. Due to physical distancing guidelines set forth by the governor’s office, 1Capen occupancy is limited to 50 guests. In order to ensure proper disbursement of support across all departments available in 1Capen, we have moved to an online reservation system.

Use our reservation system to make an appointment for the following services: financial aid, student accounts, transcripts/registrar, student health insurance, parking and transportation and UB Card.
If, after working with the financial aid support staff, you believe you need to speak to a financial aid advisor, the staff member will initiate contact and an advisor will contact you via email with an open Zoom consultation room invitation.

Visit the Parking and Transportation website to register for your parking permit. Your permit will be mailed to the address on file. Please remember to update your address before submitting payment.
