About the Conference

The University at Buffalo Undergraduate Research Conference brings together the next generation of leaders, forward thinkers, researchers and influencers from across the nation. Conference attendees will discuss multidisciplinary approaches to discovery and the importance and challenges of communicating science in a changing world.

All undergraduate student researchers are welcome, including (but not limited to) those from McNair, SSS, LSAMP and CSTEP programs.

This conference is an excellent opportunity to:

  • Present faculty-supervised research.
  • Participate in a pre-conference workshop.
  • Foster conversation around shared interests.
  • Network with your peers and current graduate students from your field of study.
  • Attend a Graduate Fair and meet with institutions from across the nation about program offerings, application and admission requirements, and research opportunities.
  • Engage with inspirational speakers and panels in a personal setting.
