“Noncommittal: A Prospective Glace 5,” an annual exhibition of work of recent graduates from the Department of Visual Studies’ BFA program, will open with a reception for the artists from 5-7 p.m. Sept. 12 in the Visual Studies Gallery on the second floor of the UB Art Gallery in the Center for the Arts, North Campus.

The Visual Studies Gallery previously was located on the lower level of the CFA. MFA candidate Julie Rozman will manage the gallery for the 2013-14 academic year.

The exhibition will feature the work of Caroline Kopeksy, Ian McCrohan and Rick Klingensmith. The artists were chosen for the exhibition based on the high quality of their work, their depth of vision and their engagement with issues of relationships, communication and mediating technology.

The exhibition will run through Nov. 2.
