Due to a fatal car accident this morning at Millersport Highway and Coventry Road near the entrance to the North Campus, U.S. Mail delivery to the university may be delayed today. U.S. Mail trucks are having difficulty accessing the North Campus due to road closings. 

The tragic one-car accident took the life of a UB international student. The cause of the accident is being investigated by Amherst Police. The university is not releasing the name of the student until his family has been notified. 

The entire university community mourns the loss of our student. Our prayers are with his family and friends. Counseling services are available for friends and classmates.
