Meetings of the University at Buffalo Council are conducted in accordance with New York State Public Officers Law, Article 7 and State Education Law, Article 8, Section 356. Meetings of the University at Buffalo Council are open to the public, other than the portion of the meeting that may held in executive session under the provisions the same law. Notice of meetings will be posted at this site in accordance with those laws, and a link to the webcast of the meeting will also be provided at this site.
