Council Meetings
In accordance with New York State Public Officers Law, Article 7, meetings of the University at Buffalo Council are open to the public, other than the portion of the meeting that may held in executive session under the provisions the same law. In accordance with Executive Order No. 3, promulgated by New York State Governor Eliot Spitzer, meetings will be broadcast live on the Internet. Notice of meetings will be posted at this site no later than 72 hours in advance, and a link to the webcast of the meeting will also be provided at this site. Unless otherwise noted, all meetings will take place in the Council Room, 505 Capen Hall.
