The Oval
A significant landscaped space could connect the Spine to the Lake. An adjacent winter garden might provide a place for year-round gatherings.
Ellicott Spine
A lively street lined with buildings with public uses at the ground level could create an “urban” connection between the Spine and the Ellicott Complex.
Improved Hamilton Loop
The approach along Hamilton Road to Capen Hall, where many visitors first arrive at UB, could be made more distinctive with landscaping improvements. Flanking surface parking lots could be future long-term development sites.
