OpEx Info Series: De-Risk Your Operations

Once governments begin opening the valve and loosening coronavirus-induced restrictions, will your facility be ready to support the forthcoming new reality? Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s phased plan for reopening New York State mandates that every business develops provisions to “protect employees and consumers, make the physical work space safer and implement processes that lower risk of infection.”

Start by assessing your company’s risk. This free, one-hour info session explores how this approach supports the important effort to keep your employees safe, whether at reduced operating levels or when you return to a ramped up state. We will present some techniques to perform a task-based risk assessment within your organization as well as briefly touch on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). We will also share measures implemented by five Buffalo-area companies, deemed essential by New York State, that are operating through the pandemic.
