As on-campus student employee supervisors, it’s important to understand the key competencies for career readiness. How we interact, train, assist and develop our student employees not only impacts the student, but the department they are working in. On-campus student employment can connect students to a future opportunity, foster working relationships and allow the student to participate in a collaborative, unique culture.
