Kristin Woods has been named assistant vice president for alumni engagement at the University at Buffalo. She will bring more than 20 years of experience in alumni relations to UB when she begins July 1, 2016. Kristin will lead the university’s alumni engagement efforts with its more than 240,000 alumni worldwide.

The University at Buffalo has named Liesl Folks, an internationally renowned expert in nanotechnology and magnetism, as the next Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Folks’ appointment began shortly before the start of the spring 2013 semester.
