Nallan Suresh, UB Distinguished Professor of operations management and strategy in the School of Management and associate director of the Stephen Still Institute for Sustainable Transportation and Logistics, was interviewed by WGRZ Channel News for a story about grocery stores meeting demand during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Overall In terms of meeting the overall demand they are certainly capable I think," Suresh said. "They can definitely withstand the next four to six weeks’ time period in terms of demand."
