A story on WGRZ about Western New York’s food supply chain featured Nallan Suresh, who said there’s a real issue looming for meat plants.

“They've got to find new ways of working whereby the production workers are more separated from each other. They need to come up with new conveyor systems, and all of that has to be done within 2-3 weeks,” said Suresh, Distinguished Professor of operations management and strategy in the School of Management and and associate director of the Stephen Still Institute for Sustainable Transportation and Logistics.
