This year we open our doors to the incoming class of 2021 in an all-new school on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. The new building—and its students and faculty—will be connected to the Buffalo General Medical Center, the new John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and the school’s new Clinical and Translational Research Center.
We have increased the size of our faculty by 100 and increased the size of the entering class from 140 to 180. This adds clinical services and training programs not now available in Buffalo and addresses the local and national need for more U.S. medical school graduates.
