Accreditation

The Intensive English Program (IEP) has been accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA) since 2001. The IEP agrees to uphold CEA standards in all its endeavors. CEA is recognized by the US Secretary of Education as an accrediting agency for English language programs and institutions in the United States and overseas. The IEP is a member of UCIEP, the consortium of University and College Intensive English Programs. UCIEP's purpose is to advance professional standards and quality instruction in intensive English programs. As a member of UCIEP, we are committed to the consortium's efforts to ensure that students receive the highest quality English instruction from trained, professional teachers.

The IEP is a member of EnglishUSA, whose mission is to support the professional development of IEP leaders and staff, uphold professional standards for IEPs, and increase the visibility of IEPs in the United States.
