Recruitment coordination
Our Clinical Recruitment Coordinator works with study teams to identify and facilitate appropriate recruitment strategies for studies.
The single greatest obstacle to performing clinical research is recruiting people to participate in studies. The CTSI Clinical Recruitment Coordinator will guide you through the many resources, included in the Recruitment Resources Toolkit, that are available to help investigators achieve their recruitment goals.

Special populations
The aim of our special populations core is to expand clinical and translational research to enhance the participation of underserved populations experiencing health disparities and individuals throughout the lifespan.
Services we provide to Buffalo Translational Consortium investigators include:
- Cultural competency and health literacy training
- Facilitated community discussions
- Assistance with study design and community linkage and recruitment
