About Tom S. Quealy, Jr. and Matthew J. Krajna
Tom S. Quealy, Jr., BA '89, is the Chief Executive Officer at Nottingham Advisors, an SEC registered investment advisor based in Buffalo, New York with an additional office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  He currently sits on the investment committee of Nottingham Advisors helping to manage the over $1.2 billion in client assets entrusted to the firm.  In addition, Tom is responsible for directing the firm’s overall business development and growth strategies and is also a trustee on the board of the UB Foundation.

Matthew J. Krajna, CFA, is a member of Nottingham’s Investment Policy Committee.  He joined the firm in 2012 and is responsible for conducting investment research and contributing to the firm’s overall investment strategy.  Additionally, Matt is responsible for establishing the firm’s strategic and tactical asset allocations, as well as managing the firm’s factor based investment sleeves.  He is also currently an adjunct professor at UB in the Economics Department focusing on equity and fixed income valuation analysis.
