This talk will define scapegoating and explain how it serves a purpose.  While there is a correlation between witch beliefs and the scapegoating function, we will explore whether supernatural forces are at play in your workplace, or if social stress and competition can be to blame. The goal of the presentation is to help people recognize and address the issue of scapegoating in their workplaces, before it becomes truly harmful.
