About Jennifer Whitmarsh
Jennifer Whitmarsh has over 19 year experience in the dry cleaning, laundry and garment care industry. She started her journey as a teenager and throughout the next 20 years has opened her own cleaners, Snappy Dry Cleaning. She has taken her talents to the industry known consulting group "The Route Pro's" and works with other dry cleaners nationwide on their customer experience as well. She is a co-founder of the Akron Lady Lions, is an unwavering supporter of our Veterans and understands that treating others with respect is not only the right thing to do...it is a way of life.
