About Amanda Casali
Amanda Casali is Kanien'kehà:ka and an enrolled citizen of Akwesasne / St. Regis Mohawk Nation. Amanda grew up in the city of Buffalo. She started at UB in 2009 in the Office of Admissions, and in UB’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in 2016. Later she started in the College of Arts and Sciences in 2021, to help launch the Department of Indigenous Studies. Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog, traveling around the world, visiting museums, going to the theater and Broadway shows, gardening, and home projects.
