Doc Deana Enterprises LLC (AKA: The DDE Agency) is an educational and business consulting agency. As an educational consulting firm, we assist school districts and school leaders that lead districts and buildings that have been identified as low-performing due to state assessment scores. We provide strategies and processes to improvement student and leadership capacity.

As a business consulting firm, we teach educators how to turn the skills they use on a daily basis into a marketable and profitable business. This is done by 1:1 and group coaching with the assistance of our Signature Program, The Educational Consultant Lab: the only implementation program of its kind that not only shows you how to create and launch your own consulting firm but also how to secure your first online digital product.
